Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
Place the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and 1 cup of M&Ms into a large mixing bowl.
2 cups Corn Chex cereal, 2 cups Rice Chex cereal, 1 cup Itty Bitty Mini pretzels, 1 cup plain Cheerios, ½ cup roasted peanuts
In a small bowl, heat the melting wafers on half power in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir every 15 to 20 seconds so they don't burn.
10 ounces vanilla melting wafers
Pour the melting wafers over the cereal mixture, and work quickly to stir until well coated.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
Add the remaining M&Ms and Valentine sprinkles over the top before the coating starts to cool.
2 tablespoons Valentine sprinkles
Let the snack mix set for about 30 minutes to allow the vanilla coating to solidify. Enjoy!
