Cheesy Pasta Bake
Sauté the ham, onions, mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the wine, garlic, and Italian seasonings, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Combine cooked noodles with the mushroom mixture, then toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
Transfer the pasta to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese, and bake on 425°F for 20 minutes or until the cheese and sauce begin to bubble.
Serve hot with bread and a salad.
