Chocolate Caramel Pretzels
Cut each of the caramel squares in half. Set aside.
Lay pretzels in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Lay half a caramel square onto each pretzel.
Divide the white chocolate chips evenly between 3 microwave safe bowls with about a teaspoon of shortening in each. Place a couple drops of food coloring in each bowl.
Drizzle the first color of chocolate over the pretzels, then give it a few minutes to set.
Next, drizzle the second color over the pretzels and give it a few minutes to set.
Finally, add the third color and a few sprinkles. Allow the pretzels to set completely.
Cool completely before serving.
