Add brown sugar and cinnamon to a gallon-sized Ziploc bag.

Seal the bag closed, and toss to combine.

Add cinnamon rolls that have been cut into pieces.

Seal shut and gently shake to coat with cinnamon and sugar.

Place 8 cinnamon roll pieces into each cavity of the muffin pan, press down gently, and set aside.

Stir butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over low-medium heat until it begins to boil and the sugar has dissolved.

Pour this mixture evenly over each set of cinnamon roll pieces.

Transfer the muffin pan to a baking sheet, and bake at 375°F for 14-16 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and the tops of the muffins are browned and slightly crisp.

Use a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add the vanilla and milk, adding a tablespoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
