Pumpkin Spice Creamer
In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.
Heat over low heat just until warm, and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add the remaining 1 ¼ cups heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until well combined.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
