In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, cheese, and parsley. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sautéed onions and celery, peas, tuna, soup, milk, and shredded cheese.
Place the mixture in the 2.5 quart baking dish.
Add the breadcrumb topping. Bake on 425°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
