Our blackberry mojito recipe is a fruity twist on the traditional mojito. Blackberries muddled with lime juice gives this fizzy cocktail it's unique flavor!

  • 3 Ounces Simple Syrup
  • 2 Ounces White Rum
  • 2 Ounces Club Soda (or seltzer water)
  • 8 Large Mint Leaves (fresh)
  • 4 Large Blackberries
  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Ounce Lime Juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice


  • Place mint leaves, blackberries, and granulated sugar into a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently crush the blackberries and bruise the mint leaves.
  • Next, add the simple syrup, rum, lime juice. Shake to combine.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass over ice (don’t strain), and top off with club soda or seltzer water. Use a drink stirrer or swizzle stick to stir.
  • Garnish with extra fresh blackberries and mint.
