Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla in an even layer. Place the sliced ham on top of the cream cheese. Carefully roll the tortilla into a cylinder shape keeping the filling on the inside. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
