Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to mix.
10 ounces fresh spinach, 12 ounces artichoke hearts, 8 ounces block-style cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, ½ cup white onions, 5 garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring occasionally every 30-45 minutes.
Serve with bread, crackers, or any desired dipping food.
