In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with all the seasonings.
1 pound ground beef, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Separate the beef into four ¼ pound patties. Stuff the bacon and cheddar between two patties and repeat to create two stuffed burgers. Make sure to pinch the sides of the patties together to seal in the stuffing.
Place the patties on the grill to cook for four to six minutes on each side. While the meat cooks, prepare your buns and prep any desired condiments or sides. Serve while hot.
Notes
The calorie count listed is based only on the burger patties stuffed with bacon and cheddar. Actual calories will vary once buns and condiments are added to the recipe. It is best to eat the burgers once they are cooked, as storing them is not recommended.
