Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl, and whisk to combine.
1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon chipotle powder, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
