15 ¼ouncesdevil's food cake mix1 box
3large eggs
3.4ouncesinstant chocolate pudding mix

Cream Cheese
16ouncesblock-style cream cheesesoftened
½cupunsalted buttersoftened
3tablespoonsfreshly squeezed orange juice
2teaspoonsorange zest
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
8cupspowdered sugar
½teaspoonorange food coloring
Instructions
Cupcakes
First, preheat oven to 350°F and line two cupcake pans with liners.
Next, in a large bowl or stand mixer, combine cake mix, eggs, pudding mix, sour cream, veggie oil, water, coffee, and vanilla.
15 ¼ ounces devil's food cake mix, 3 large eggs, 3.4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix, ¾ cup sour cream, ¾ cup vegetable oil, ¼ cup water, ¼ cup freshly brewed coffee, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Now, mix on low until well-blended, then increase speed to medium for 2-minutes.
Then, use a scoop or measuring cup to pour 1/4-cup of batter into each liner (spread out batter to fill each one half full).
Last, bake the cupcakes for 18-22 minutes or until done. Remove them from the oven, place on a cooling to cool for at least 30-minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
First, in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, orange juice, orange zest, powdered sugar, food coloring, and vanilla.
16 ounces block-style cream cheese, ½ cup unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 teaspoons orange zest, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon orange food coloring, 8 cups powdered sugar
Next, mix until well-combined, making sure all the ingredients are incorporated.
Last, top the cooled cupcakes with frosting and serve.
