Instructions
Pour the freshly brewed coffee, Baileys, and milk or half-and-half into a roomy coffee mug. Stir to combine.
6 ounces freshly brewed strong coffee,
3 ounces Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur,
½ to 1 ounce milk
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Strong coffee keeps its flavor after the Baileys and dairy are added.
Milk makes a lighter drink, while half-and-half makes it richer.
This coffee is best served immediately, so storage isn’t recommended.
Preparation time doesn’t include the time needed to brew the coffee since coffee makers brew times can vary.
Calories will vary depending on the dairy and garnishes used.
