2
liters
ginger ale
chilled
Instructions
Pour the thawed orange juice concentrate into a large pitcher that holds at least 3 quarts.
12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
Slowly pour in the ginger ale, pausing as needed to let the foam settle. Stir gently until the concentrate is fully dissolved.
2 liters ginger ale
Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe makes about 80 ounces, or ten 8-ounce servings. Use a pitcher that holds at least 3 quarts.
Pour the ginger ale slowly because it foams quickly and may overflow.
Keep both ingredients cold, and add ice to the glasses instead of the pitcher.
Cover leftovers and refrigerate them for up to one day. The drink will gradually lose carbonation.
Add orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream, maraschino cherry juice, or fresh orange slices to turn it into a simple party punch.
