Instructions
To Make 1 Tablespoon:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon,
½ teaspoon ground ginger,
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg,
¼ teaspoon ground allspice,
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Use immediately or store in a labeled jar or spice container.
To Make a Small Batch:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or glass jar with a lid. Stir or shake until evenly mixed.
6 tablespoons ground cinnamon,
4 teaspoons ground ginger,
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg,
2 teaspoons ground allspice,
2 teaspoons ground cloves
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
Notes
The small batch makes about 10 tablespoons when the cloves are included.
For 1 teaspoon, make the 1-tablespoon amount, use 1 teaspoon, and store the remaining 2 teaspoons.
The cloves are optional and can be reduced or omitted.
Reduce the cinnamon slightly for a less cinnamon-forward blend.
Use this blend in the same amount as store-bought pumpkin pie spice.
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry pantry for up to 6 months.
