7 to 8 ounces club soda

Raspberry Cream Soda
Prepare the Italian soda as written, then slowly pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, half-and-half, or milk. Stir gently just before serving.
1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Notes
Start with 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup, then add more to taste. Some syrups are much sweeter than others.
For a lighter cream soda, use half-and-half or whole milk instead of heavy cream.
Add the cream right before serving for the best texture and appearance.
Stir gently so the drink stays fizzy.
This drink is best served immediately and does not store well once mixed.
