1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons anchovy paste, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, pinch ground black pepper
