8 cups lightly salted popped popcorn
Add the popcorn, Golden Grahams, and mini marshmallows to the prepared baking sheet. Gently toss everything together with your hands.
3 cups Golden Grahams cereal, 2 cups mini marshmallows
Place the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
½ cup mini chocolate chips, ½ teaspoon coconut oil
Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the popcorn mixture, then drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the top.
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Refrigerate or freeze for 10 to 15 minutes, until the chocolate is firm.
Break the popcorn mix into pieces and serve.
Notes
Lightly salted popcorn helps balance the sweetness of the chocolate and marshmallows.
Coconut oil or shortening keeps the melted chocolate loose and easier to drizzle, but it can be left out.
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding the mini chocolate chips if you want them to hold their shape.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. The popcorn is best the day it is made because it softens over time.
