Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove all seeds & membranes.
Mix together cream cheese, cheese, paprika & salt.
In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs & parmesan.
In another bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Fill jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture.
Dip jalapeños into the egg white followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake until golden brown.
