Dutch Baby

This Dutch Baby Pancake is the perfect breakfast or brunch. Serve hot with all your favorite sweet or savory toppings!

Ingredients

– unsalted butter – eggs – whole milk – all-purpose flour – granulated        sugar – vanilla extract

Step 1

Place butter into a skillet. Place the skillet into the oven to let the butter melt.

Step 2

Add eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar & vanilla to a blender.

Step 3

Process until smooth.

Step 4

Transfer the batter to the skillet & bake until the pancake is set.

Step 5

Serve immediately with fresh berries, powdered sugar, or a spritz of lemon juice.
