Gingerbread Simple Syrup

Perfect for cocktails, coffee, and baked goods, this syrup is bursting with the warm sweetness of ginger, molasses, and brown sugar.

Ingredients

– water - dark brown sugar - molasses - ginger - cinnamon - nutmeg - cloves

Step 1

Heat all the ingredients in a pan over low heat.

Step 2

Whisk until the sugar dissolves. Then simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Allow to cool before using.
