Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs

Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs are boneless pork ribs smothered in a flavorful dry rub and cooked low and slow in the crock pot until they’re perfectly tender.

Ingredients

For the Dry Rub: – dark brown sugar – kosher salt – smoked paprika – ground black        pepper – garlic powder – onion powder – ground mustard – cinnamon – chili powder

Ingredients

– country style       pork ribs – onion – cola – liquid smoke – barbecue sauce

Step 1

Mix dry seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Rub dry seasoning mix into each pork rib.

Step 3

Place the onion in the slow cooker, then pour in the soda & liquid smoke.

Step 4

Arrange ribs over the onions. Pour  bbq sauce over the ribs.

Step 5

Cover & cook on low until the ribs are fork tender and shred easily.
