Instructions
To Make the Filling
Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cornstarch, apple pie spice, and lemon juice until the apples are evenly coated. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

To Make the Crumble Topping
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, butter, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture is crumbly and no dry patches remain.

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple filling.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
