Pumpkin Butter Hand Pies

These flaky, golden pumpkin butter hand pies are filled with warm, spiced pumpkin butter and baked to perfection!

Ingredients

– Puff pastry – Pumpkin butter – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg – Egg – Sugar

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6 equal rectangles.

Step 2

Mix pumpkin butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

Step 3

Spoon the pumpkin butter mixture onto 6 of the puff pastry rectangles.

Step 4

Brush the edges of the puff pastry with beaten egg.

Step 5

Place the remaining puff pastry rectangles on top and crimp shut.

Step 6

Add the egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Step 7

Bake until the hand pies turn golden brown and flaky.
