Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole is a supremely comforting side dish that’s equal parts simple and delicious!

Ingredients

– creamed corn – white onion – water – eggs – sugar – salt – corn muffin mix – unsalted butter

Step 1

Combine corn, water, onions, eggs, salt & sugar.

Step 2

Stir in the corn muffin mix.

Step 3

Transfer to a dish & spoon butter on top.

Step 4

Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Step 5

Serve warm! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
