Cook the egg noodles until al dente.
Mix the soups, milk, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper in a bowl.
Stir in the chicken, vegetables & noodles.
Carefully pour the mixture into a pre-greased baking dish.
Bake covered for 30 min. Bake uncovered an additional 5-10 min.
