Cook the egg noodles. Drain & set aside.
Mix French onion dip, soup & Worcestershire sauce in a skillet over low-med heat.
Stir in the chicken and half & half.
Stir noodles into the chicken mixture. Spread into a dish & top with cheese.
Bake for 15 min. Add fried onions on top & bake another 5-10 min.
