Whisk together flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
Combine sugar & lemon zest. Set aside.
Beat together the milk, oil, lemon juice, eggs & vanilla.
Add the flour mixture & the lemon zest/sugar mixture.
Gently fold in the blueberries & transfer to a prepared pan.
Bake for 65-70 minutes.
Whisk together the powdered sugar & milk. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
