Lemon Blueberry Bread

Lemon Blueberry Bread Recipe with Glaze is perfectly moist  and flavorful.

Ingredients

Bread: – all-purpose flour – baking powder – kosher salt – granulated sugar – lemon zest – milk – vegetable oil – lemon juice – eggs – vanilla extract – blueberries

Ingredients

Glaze: – powdered sugar – milk

Step 1

Whisk together flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine sugar & lemon zest. Set aside.

Step 3

Beat together the milk, oil, lemon juice, eggs & vanilla.

Step 4

Add the flour mixture & the lemon zest/sugar mixture.

Step 5

Gently fold in the blueberries & transfer to a prepared pan.

Step 6

Bake for 65-70 minutes.

Step 7

Whisk together the powdered sugar & milk. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
