Refund Policy for Ebooks

Our ebooks are delivered as downloadable PDF files. There is no physical item to return. We generally cannot offer refunds for a change of mind once an ebook has been downloaded.

If you were charged twice or have trouble accessing or opening your ebook, please email kimberly@berlyskitchen.com with your order number. We’ll help you get your file or refund your purchase if we cannot resolve the problem.
