Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Great for parties, potlucks, or even as a meatless dinner option, Mixed Vegetable Casserole is thrown together in no time & is a real crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

– frozen mixed          vegetables – white onion – unsalted butter – cream of chicken          soup – water chestnuts

Ingredients

– mayonnaise – garlic powder – salt – sharp cheddar          cheese – butter crackers

Step 1

Cook vegetables until soft. Drain. Sauté onions in butter for 3-5 min.

Step 2

Combine onions, soup, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, garlic powder & salt in a bowl.

Step 3

Stir in the mixed vegetables & cheese.

Step 4

Transfer to a baking dish. Top with crushed crackers & drizzle with melted butter.

Step 5

Bake until the filling is bubbling & the crackers are browned.
