Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute

Our Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute is tastier & healthier than the canned version.

Ingredients

– milk – all-purpose flour – chicken broth – mushrooms – onion powder – garlic powder – salt - pepper

Step 1

Mix the milk & flour in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

Bring the broth, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to a low boil.

Step 3

Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add the milk mixture to the saucepan. Whisk until smooth.

Step 5

Let simmer until it reaches the desired thickness.
