Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

These Homemade Cinnamon Rolls are the best sweet treat!

Ingredients

For the Dough... – all-purpose flour – granulated sugar – instant yeast – kosher salt – water – whole milk – unsalted butter  – egg

Ingredients

For the Filling... – unsalted butter – light brown sugar – ground cinnamon For the Glaze... – powdered sugar – whole milk – pure vanilla extract

Step 1

Mix together flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Set aside.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine water, milk & butter. Heat to about 115ºF.

Step 3

Combine the wet & dry ingredients with the egg. Mix until a dough forms. Add flour as needed.

Step 4

Roll out dough & cover with softened butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar & cinnamon.

Step 5

Roll dough & cut into pieces. Allow dough to rise.

Step 6

Bake until golden brown.

Step 7

Mix together vanilla, powdered sugar & milk. Drizzle over the cinnamon rolls.
