Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla, and beat on low speed until mixed.
Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix on low speed until no dry steaks remain.
Fold in the chocolate chips and caramel chips. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned, and the centers are still slightly soft.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
