Two large flatbreads on a sheet pan.

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and then dice your ham, peppers, and onions.

Ranch dressing spread evenly over the flatbread.

Then, evenly spread the ranch dressing onto the bread using a wooden spoon.

Diced ham sprinkled on top of the ranch dressing.

Afterward, layer the ham, and vegetables, making sure to cover almost all the flatbread.

The following step is to sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meat and veggies.

  1. We are having this for dinner with a salad. I’m trying guacamole ranch instead, adding some grape tomatoes. Nice change from our typical ham and veggie with tomato sauce/mozarella pizza night. Good way to use up holiday leftover ham!
