Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in sugar, vanilla & eggs.
Pour in the Guinness reduction & stir until mixed.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt & espresso powder.
Mix in the chocolate & bake 35-45 minutes.
Whisk together butter & Bailey’s until melted.
Remove from heat & whisk in the powdered sugar. Spread over brownies.
