Guinness Brownies

Make a batch of decadent Guinness Brownies for any fun occasion!

Ingredients

Brownies: – Guinness beer – unsalted butter – sugar – vanilla extract – eggs – flour – cocoa powder – kosher salt – espresso powder - baker’s chocolate

Ingredients

Frosting: – unsalted butter – Bailey’s Irish        Cream liqueur – powdered sugar

Step 1

Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in sugar, vanilla & eggs.

Step 2

Pour in the Guinness reduction & stir until mixed.

Step 3

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt & espresso powder.

Step 4

Mix in the chocolate & bake 35-45 minutes.

Step 5

Whisk together butter & Bailey’s until melted.

Step 6

Remove from heat & whisk in the powdered sugar. Spread over brownies.
