Easy No-Bake S’mores Dip
Our no-bake s’mores dip has all the flavors of your favorite campfire treat. It’s packed with cream cheese, powdered sugar, hot fudge, and a layer of fluffy marshmallow creme for the best chocolate marshmallow dip ever.

We love sweet dips! They’re some of the easiest dessert recipes to make and the flavor varieties are so much fun to tinker with.
Some of our favorite flavors are key lime and turtle cheesecake. They have a similar cream cheese and powdered sugar base as this s’mores dip.
The fun part is adding the other ingredients that make the dips unique. For this s’mores cheesecake dip, we use a jar of hot fudge, a container of marshmallow fluff, some mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
You just mix up the ingredients, layer them into a dish, add the toppings, and dig in!
This recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make from start to finish. Just make sure you remember to take the cream cheese out of the fridge well ahead of time to soften.

Some Tips to Get the Best Dip
- You can use marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme. One is brand name and the other generic, so either will work.
- Make sure the cream cheese is super soft that way the dip won’t be lumpy.
- This dip can be eaten warm or cold. Just be aware that it’s more difficult to scoop when it’s cold.
How to Make No-Bake S’mores Dip
First, grab a large mixing bowl and combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. I recommend using a hand mixer to get it smooth and creamy.
Heat the hot fudge until it’s warm and pourable. I usually just pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds or so. It doesn’t need to be piping hot–just warm.

Add the hot fudge to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until the mixture is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the serving dish and spread into an even layer. I like to use a 9-inch pie dish or an 8-inch cake pan.
Next, warm the marshmallow fluff. Place it in a bowl, and heat in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds just until the fluff softens and spreads easily with a spatula.

Once it’s warm, spread it over the chocolate cream cheese mixture. You can even use a butter knife to swirl them together for a pretty marbled look.
Add your favorite toppings like a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, a handful of mini marshmallows, or chocolate candy bar pieces.
Grab some graham crackers, shortbread cookies, or a spoon, and enjoy!
Storage
Store leftover dip in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat it in the microwave at half power to make it easier to serve.
S’mores dip is easier to scoop when it’s room temp or slightly warm.
