How to Make Tzatziki Sauce at Home
Peel and grate a cucumber using a grater with large holes. Place the shredded cucumber into a mesh sieve lined with a coffee filter. Set the sieve over a bowl
While the cucumber drains, add the the yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Make sure the cucumber is well drained, then add it to the yogurt mixture.
Stir to combine until the ingredients are well mixed.
Serve the tzatziki sauce cold with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or gyros.
