Summery Caprese Salad
Our summery caprese salad has sweet cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella pearls, and fresh basil leaves tossed in a light dressing.
We love to serve it with our lemon basil pasta, baked salmon, and chicken pesto pasta for an easy meal.

This caprese salad is perfect for all your summer tomatoes!
The warm summer months are one of my favorite times to prepare food with fresh ingredients. This caprese salad is about as fresh as you can get. It’s light, bright, and full of plump cherry tomatoes and creamy balls of mozzarella. It works great as a quick side dish or an easy appetizer.
How to Make Caprese Salad

Place the cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella into a large mixing bowl then drizzle with olive oil.

Add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper and toss to combine.
