Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, & salt. Set aside.
Beat together the sugar & oil. Add the eggs & vanilla.
Add the flour mixture & milk to the wet ingredients.
In a small bowl, toss together diced apples, brown sugar & nutmeg.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan, adding a layer of apples halfway.
Bake 45-55 minutes. Top with glaze & serve.
