Cream together butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar. Add eggs & vanilla.
Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda & salt. Mix on low.
Fold in pretzels, M&Ms & chocolate chips.
Cover & refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2" apart.
Bake until golden brown. Allow to cool.
