Why You’ll Love It
If you love green martinis that are both sweet and sour, this one may be right up your alley. It’s brightly colored, bold in flavor, and super easy to make at home.
All you have to do is pour the ingredients into a shaker over ice, and strain into a chilled glass. You don’t need to add a garnish, but a thin apple slice or a couple of cherries make it look really pretty.
This appletini is one of those vodka cocktails I make when I want something quick but still fun to sip—especially around Halloween. That bright green color always gets attention.

What Does an Appletini Taste Like?
It’s sour, crisp, and sweet all at the same time. Kind of like a green apple Jolly Rancher in a martini glass.
How to Make It
Add everything to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of green apple or a maraschino cherry.

How to Make a Pitcher of Sour Apple Martinis
Want to serve these to a crowd? No problem. Just multiply the recipe by 6 or 8 and mix it in a large pitcher. Here’s a basic batch for 8 drinks:
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup sour apple pucker
- ½ cup triple sec
Stir everything together and chill it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. Give it a quick stir before pouring.

Quick Tip
The ingredients in this cocktail are adjustable. Add more vodka, schnapps, or even apple juice if you’d like. On the other hand, you can reduce any of the ingredients, too.
