Pumpkin Spice White Russian
This creamy Pumpkin Spice White Russian is made with Kahlúa, vanilla vodka, and Pumpkin Spice RumChata. It’s a fall cocktail perfect for holiday celebrations.

I use Pumpkin Spice RumChata, so you still get a velvety texture and pumpkin spice flavor without the heaviness of heavy cream or half and half.
It’s one of my favorite White Russian recipe variations and one you’ll want to enjoy all season long.

Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Vanilla vodka: smooth with a hint of vanilla flavor. Use ½ ounce if you want it less strong.
- Kahlúa: for that classic coffee flavor and traditional White Russian base.
- Pumpkin Spice RumChata: creamy with pumpkin spice built in.
- Optional garnish: whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, or a cinnamon stick.
How to Make a Pumpkin Spice White Russian:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in the vanilla vodka, Kahlúa, and Pumpkin Spice RumChata.
You can layer the drink by pouring the RumChata slowly over the back of a spoon pressed against the side of the glass. Or skip the layering and shake everything with ice in a cocktail shaker for a smoother, well-mixed drink.


Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if you like.
Quick Tip
If you can’t find Pumpkin Spice RumChata, use half and half or heavy cream with some pumpkin pie spice instead.

Serve this at Thanksgiving, a fall dinner party, or a casual bonfire with friends. It pairs well with dessert, especially pumpkin pie, pecan pie, or anything with caramel.

- 2 ounces Pumpkin Spice RumChata
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice, and add the vodka and Kahlúa.1 ounce vanilla vodka1 ounce Kahlúa
- To layer, hold a spoon against the inside of the glass with the back facing up, then slowly pour the RumChata over the spoon so it floats on top.2 ounces Pumpkin Spice RumChata
- For a mixed drink, shake the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or add a cinnamon stick. Serve!
