The strawberry banana smoothie ingredients like milk, honey, oats, and strawberries.

Then, in a large blender, combine all the ingredients. Use the liquefy setting on your blender to create a smooth drink.

Smoothie Tips:

If you’re lactose intolerant, fell free to almond milk or coconut milk as a substitute for the dairy variety.

To reduce the calories or carbs in this drink, try using a sugar substitute. However, since I have not tried this myself I cannot confirm how much you should substitute.

All out of old fashioned oats, let use quick oats instead.

    1. Thank you, Veena! The truth is, I don’t like the texture of bananas in my smoothies or ice creams, so for smoothies, I use oats to break-up the mooshiness (that’s not a word, I know lol). Have a great weekend and thanks again for commenting 🙂
