Cook beef until no longer pink. Drain.
Stir in tomato paste, mustard & seasonings.
Add elbow noodles & broth. Cook covered 7-10 min.
Stir in the milk, sour cream & shredded cheddar cheese.
Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, then serve.
