Sift the flour, then whisk in sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon zest & poppy seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix together milk, eggs, oil & vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
Pour into a loaf pan & bake until a knife comes out clean.
Combine powdered sugar & lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved. Drizzle on the bread.
