Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef is the perfect protein to toss onto your plate!

Ingredients

– beef roast – salt - pepper – salsa 

Step 1

Season beef on all sides & place it in the slow cooker.

Step 2

Pour salsa over the beef. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Step 3

Remove meat from the slow cooker & shred it with two forks.

Step 4

Return shredded meat to the slow cooker to serve.

Step 5

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
