Combine butter, salt, garlic cloves, parsley, fresh herbs & pepper. Refrigerate to firm.
Season the steaks with garlic salt, oregano & pepper.
In an oiled skillet, cook the steaks for 2-5 minutes on each side.
Place the garlic butter on a cutting board. Lay the ribeyes on top of the butter.
Let the steaks rest before slicing & serving.
