Pan Seared Steak

Our Pan Seared Steak has a golden brown crust that’s crisp around the edges and perfectly cooked in the center.

Ingredients

Garlic Butter: – unsalted butter – kosher salt – garlic cloves – parsley – fresh herbs – ground black        pepper

Ingredients

Steak: – ribeye steaks – vegetable oil – garlic salt – dried oregano  – ground black        pepper

Step 1

Combine butter, salt, garlic cloves, parsley, fresh herbs & pepper. Refrigerate to firm.

Step 2

Season the steaks with garlic salt, oregano & pepper.

Step 3

In an oiled skillet, cook the steaks for 2-5 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Place the garlic butter on a cutting board. Lay the ribeyes on top of the butter.

Step 5

Let the steaks rest before slicing & serving.
