Tater Tot Casserole
Cook the ground beef, salt, pepper, and onion until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Add the cream of chicken soup, corn, and green beans.
Stir to combine. Increase the heat until the mixture bubbles, then remove from heat.
Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Place the tater tots in an even layer over the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400°F.
Serve warm with a side salad. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
