S’mores Martini
This S’mores Martini blends chocolate, Golden Grahams cereal, and toasted marshmallow flavors into a smooth, dessert-style cocktail.

I love a good chocolate martini and always have. So when the idea of a s’mores martini popped into my head, it was a no-brainer.
A combo of that rich chocolate flavor with toasted marshmallow and graham cracker? Yes, please!
This one’s super fun for summer parties or if you’re just in the mood for something sweet and boozy that feels like dessert in a glass.

S’mores Cocktail Variations
There are lots of ways to make a s’mores martini. Some people use Baileys or RumChata, while others use vanilla vodka.
You can stick with white chocolate liqueur or go with regular chocolate. I’ve made it with whipped cream vodka and will sometimes add a splash of heavy cream to make it extra creamy.
The toasted marshmallow garnish is fun but optional. It adds to the rustic s’mores look.
Tips for Serving
Chill the glass before you pour the cocktail. It makes a difference.
That cereal and hot fudge rim is tasty but sticky, so don’t go too heavy with the fudge or it might drip.
I like to blend the drink gently in the shaker (no hard shaking). Cream based liqueur tends to stick to ice and causes drinks to separate, so it’s best to swirl instead of shake.
Make a batch ahead of time if you’re having people over. Just mix everything and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to pour. Prepare the cereal and hot fudge rims just before serving.

Notes
- The calories listed are an approximation based on the ingredients in the recipe card and a serving size of 1 (4 ounce) martini with marshmallow garnish. Actual calories will vary.
- If you can’t find marshmallow vodka, whipped cream or vanilla vodka are good substitutes.
- Chocolate syrup (similar to Hershey’s) works on the rim but it’s thin and doesn’t hold up as well to the cereal crumbs.
- Crushed graham crackers work in place of Golden Grahams cereal.
- If you don’t have a food processor, a large Ziploc bag and a rolling in works great!
- The toasted marshmallow garnish is a fun touch, but it’s optional.
