Since chicken spaghetti is a complete meal all on its own, it can be a little more difficult to determine what sides you want to serve alongside it. So, I’ve taken care of that for you!

What is Chicken Spaghetti Made Of?

Chicken spaghetti is a cheesy spaghetti dish that features, of course, spaghetti, bell pepper, onion, canned tomatoes and green chiles, mushrooms, pimento peppers, and rotisserie chicken that’s smothered in a creamy cheese sauce.

What is the Difference Between Chicken Spaghetti and Chicken Tetrazzini?

Not a whole lot! Both are pasta bakes made with noodles, chicken, and veggies tossed in a cream sauce. 

The primary difference is that chicken spaghetti is always made using spaghetti noodles and chicken tetrazzini can be made using any long pasta shape. 

The ingredients in the sauce vary slightly, and tetrazzini doesn’t contain Velveeta.

What is a Good Side Dish for Spaghetti?

There are so many! Any one of these side dishes makes a great pairing for chicken spaghetti.
